Preparing for your Appointment

NO Children are allowed in the procedure room and may not be left unattended in the lobby. Please do not bring young children to your appointment-Enjoy some time for yourself!
NO guests are allowed in the procedure room (they may wait in the lobby)
No exceptions.
PLEASANTON Location:
Due to lack of space in the very small (but cute!) waiting area I ask that you come inside without any guests
Parking
I am located in the center of Downtown Woodland with plenty of parking. For the best parking we have a parking lot in back of our building on College St. (The 2 hour parking is plenty of Time)
PLEASANTON Location:
There is plenty of parking and a designated parking Lot directly behind the building
Payments
CASH is preferred however any major credit card can be taken. PLEASE NOTE: a 5% transaction fee will be applied to any credit card transaction.
No Checks. No Venmo. No Zelle. No Apple Pay.
15-20% tipping is customary with any beauty service and is always appreciated but never expected
Before you Arrive
You May come with or without your makeup to any appointment (without is preferred) I will be removing any makeup on or around the area. Please do NOT wear heavy eye shadow, sparkles or fresh eyelash extensions to your appointment.
(If receiving eyelash enhancement tattoo please DO NOT wear ANY eye makeup, eyeliner or mascara to your appointment)
Please be sure that you are a candidate to receive any tattoo.
Please be free of any blood thinners including Ibuprofen and alcohol.
(confirm with your Dr. before discontinuing any RX)
No Coffee, energy drinks, daily vitamins, fish oils or alcohol on the day of your appointment before your appointment
You may take TYLENOL before your appointment. (No ibuprohen, Motrin, Advil, etc…these are all blood thinners)
Please *DO NOT* attempt to numb yourself using any topical lidocaine (even if you are a nurse or Dr.) I will be using a specific topical for any pain that is compatible with our pigments. Also I do not want to compromise your skin texture. Please note: as with any intradermal cosmetics this procedure is not pain free, you may feel slight discomfort
PLEASANTON LOCATION:
The door at this location usually remains locked. When you arrive for your appointment please text my line at (530)309-9889 with your name and appointment time to let me know that you have arrived and I will let you in as soon as I am ready for you. There is a bench just outside the door for you.
(If the door is unlocked , you may come inside and have a seat (please still text that you have arrived, This is very helpful…Thank you!)
Late Arrivals
Please be on time to your appointment. Please give yourself extra time in your travel to ensure time for traffic, parking, locating our facility ext. If you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment you may be asked reschedule and your deposit will be lost and another will be required too rebook.
In the event that you are 10 or more minutes late and your appointment is still honored you will be charged a $50 late fee.
(please understand, our demand is High and schedules only allow for specific time for each client. Late arrivals cause a "domino" affect in each artist day, causing them to run behind and make other clients wait)
Missed Appointments
In the event that an appointment must be missed PLEASE let us know right away (It's. okay, things happen!). My Deposit policy is as follows:
All NEW CLIENT appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE $100 deposit (returning clients $25).The purpose of your deposit is to book and hold your appointment (deposit will be applied to total cost). We will be happy to reschedule your appointment (no less than 72 hours before scheduled appointment time and no more than one time) if there is an opening in your ideal time frame, keep in mind space is LIMITED and if you are unable to reschedule deposit will be lost)
All deposits are non-refundable.
Next Appointment
Before leaving your appointment I will gladly book your next appointment-up to a year and a half in advance. This ensures you a spot on my books and locks the current price offered -I can fill up fast!
